We understand that group training isn’t for everyone. Or you may have reached a plateau in your training or may not be making the progress you had hoped. Or you would like to improve your game for a sport you play outside of CrossFit? Perhaps you are struggling with a movement that you want to nail. Consider one-on-one private training with one of our expert coaches. These sessions are the most effective and efficient way to achieve your personal fitness goals – especially when the WOD is just not enough to get you to where you want to be. Each 1-hour session is designed just for you with a set of eyes on you at all times to ensure you’re getting value out of every one of those 60 minutes.

We begin all personal training engagements with a FREE one-on-one no sweat consultation. Sit down with our coaches at the gym to talk about your goals, get a realistic timeframe for achieving them, and receive a day-to-day action plan on what it will take to get there.
